     @coolboymew taoism does have a notion of yin and yang energies (female, male) that reside in the body :)
     like the ninja lady said, 'qi' is those energies
     the sex thing is real - the goal of sex under alchemical taoism is to win, by taking the qi of the other person
     sufficient qi mastery (breathing techniques, sexual intercourse, etc) are believed to lead to supernatural powers
     
     even the strong weak bit is accurate - theres a big focus on balance, harmony. the religious texts make frequent use of contradiction to highlight this - 'strong, weak' simultaneously

     @coolboymew i have a book on taoist immortality that mentions one way to achieve immortality as a woman is to 'come out on top' of 1000 sexual encounters, to cultivate sufficient yang energy :)
