   The obvious solution to student debt is to allow some form of bankruptcy. The reason that debt in particular isn't able to be discharged that way is because a certain Senator from Delaware, while representing the usurious banks from his state, specifically excluded student debt in the bankruptcy reforms of the 2000's.
