   @Shadowman311 California banned affirmative action, and immediately the universities figured out how to get around it. This is the same thing. All universities worship niggers, rules on paper mean nothing.

     Yep, I was right about the actual sum and substance of the SCOTUS decision being utterly useless as an actual tool for change, its just a rewording of the loophole that allowed universities to do this shit in the first place.
