     @Kyonko802 Usually only extremely shitty chinese ones- Don't worry I got spooked by this too and did a mountain of research, it's seriously only china because they don't fucking follow regulatory practices. Even chinese office chairs are fine, it's LITERALLY only in china where they can put out shit that doesn't pass standards and regulations, which is why it happens.
