   i feel bad for doing this, but at the same time i need to keep my sanity and the incentive structures at wörk don’t reward such initiative (except for more wörk)

     @gamer damn right. mentored junior and they jumped for better job with better pay. not angry at him or anything, he saw the opportunity and took it and i managed to extract a fancy cofe sesh out of him :heheLain:
     
     long story short made me realize effort and skill is something best expended where it matters
