   Some kind of Asian inspired lettuce wraps, yeah we used romaine from our garden instead of butter lettuce. Ground pork, zucchini from the garden too, onions, garlic, carrots sautéed in sesame oil. Then we added a sauce made with hoisin, ginger, garlic, Sriracha, and chili flakes. And some fish sauce, and lemon grass. And I drank a beer while stirring it all together. Cheers.

     @leyonhjelm @GettingCooked @Lupi @charliebrownau I don't think seed oils in and of themselves in reasonable quantities are an issue. They're one of many things that are regularly dumped into processed junk foods, which should be avoided for many reasons outside of that anyways.

     @Lupi I'll take a teaspoon of sesame oil over a takeout or store bought meal of corporate poison any day of the week. And twice on Sundays.

     Correct. Modern people have a fetish for blaming one thing when the problem is a bigger whole. That probably includes the one thing.

     @ArdainianRight @leyonhjelm @Lupi @charliebrownau we had maybe a teaspoonful in a meal between us tonight. In a feast that included onions, garlic, carrots, zucchini, pork and all kinds of deliciousness.
