   Today, the Biden Administration announced a $4.2 Billion initative to modernize infrastructure by bringing Broadband Internet Access to the rest of America. A part of the Inflation and Job Recovery Act, Biden today compared the imitative to when FDR brought electricity to Rural America.
   
   While I believe infrastructure with Broadband needs to be improved, do we really want even more of the general and ignorant population [Deep South] suddenly on the Internet?
