     Whoah, now hold on there young gun. It's been going down hill for over 20 years when they switched from on-site baking (fresh donuts EVERY morning) to trucking frozen donuts all over the country that are then reheated with steam at the point of sale. We all noticed the difference in quality when the switch happened.
