@kroner yeah, exactly. They're weirding it out, for once. NSMB was too safe. I actually hated the DS title so much I skipped the rest, until I had nothing to play on Wii U. Wii U was fine, but it felt like what the series should've been from the get go and not have 5 iterations of it
@coolboymew@kroner I liked New Super Mario Bros. on DS at the time but after one play through I got bored with it. It had nowhere near the same replay value as the NES games. I've yet to finish the Wii U version and due to that I still have a sealed Wii U standalone copy of New Super Luigi U. Though I may sell that at some point since it's gone up a bit in value. I figure if I keep it sealed until the 50th anniversary I could probably make a tidy profit to some collector because Wii U stuff didn't sell very well and there's not a lot out there.
Yeah that sounds like gamestop. I haven't been there in years i heard now that most f their space is funkos and non gaming crap now. I stopped shopping there when they tried turning into a glorified pawn shop selling used half broken tablets an ipods.
@ooignignoktoo@coolboymew@kroner i remember seeing fucking computer parts like cpus and ram along with keyboards the last time i went to a gamestop. pretty werid lol
