     The Fediverse *is* the "Mastodon Network", no matter how everyone tries to deny it. We're all still suffering from design decisions made by then 21-year-old Eugen Rochko, high on his ego after graduating university.

     @dwaltiz While it'll be annoying at first, it's still good in the sense that the fediverse is growing. Imagine if in the twitter days you could just swap moderators and keep posting. It's like that, even with normies everywhere. The worse meta could do is block your instance, in which case the based side of the network has more than enough users to keep you happy
