     I can curl both the AP object and actor just fine, so it shouldn’t be related to signed fetches or the profile being hidden in frontend. The only other Friendica instance I remembered (nekocave.xyz) works fine, so it might be some issue between versions.

     @p @admin Checked the other instances running 2023.09-dev-1520, users and posts from there get fetched fine. Don't know if Roland's instance is running some personal fork or not, there's a bunch of commits with his name, but most seems to be rather old and merged into upstream already.
