     • Drink 3,000 calorie breakfast shakes (‘coffee’)
     • Eat 1,200 calories of donuts (1 for the photos, then another 1-2 later to ‘enjoy’ after her “hard workout)
     • Stretch out and take up lots of room to take mirror selfies in scandalous poses
     • Take up the couch and pretend to stretch while you take bictures of your ass
     • practice their buttcheek-shaking form in the mirror while a friend films it (prearranged)
