Also I planted several fruit trees this year only to have unseasonable rains kill half of them. The only thing I've got that's doing well is invasive blackberries which I plan to make wine out of one I have enough frozen.

I have a lot of blackberries and was thinking of making some until someone dissuaded me. I am storing up a good bit of raspberries which I hope to make in to preserves or something once I have enough.
