@matrix As someone who tried to get a foot into the industry. The 1st signs came up in 14' were subtle. When Trump got elected, the industry and culture took a bizarre turn and... lack for a better term, aborted my career.

GDC 16' and 17' minus well be two completely different events. There were good and talented ppl who didn't agreed but were afraid. They either kept their head down or bailed out. Some forced to quit for variety of reasons.
