Here’s a fun “pride month” take:

• Nephilim were created from sexual degeneracy of sons of God (angels) against daughters of men, see Genesis 6:1-4.
• When nephilim die, their spirits linger as demons, see 1 Enoch 16.
• Sexual degeneracy has always been the main push in corrupting mankind, see the fall of pretty much any great society.
• The Bible, especially the New Testament, constantly commands believers to avoid sexual immorality.

Here’s the really fun part…

• Believers become sons of God, see John 1:12 and Hebrews 2:11-12 where Jesus calls believers his brothers.
• …Which is the reason they are told to avoid sexual immorality. They are to replace the fallen ones from before, who did not restrain themselves and instead ruined creation with their lust.
