You would get much more sweet potatoes with a maximum of two in this growing pot (maybe even one)

I'm still working on finding the soil I need for it. It's actually a livestock water tank I use to brood chickens. I've got it about 70% full so far. I think it's a hundred gallons -

Mostly it's a soil problem. I don't really have a spot where I get good light, out of the way of the chicken area, and with sufficiently nutritious and uncompacted soil. I had about 4 cu ft of ready to use compost, but I've gone through almost all of it and my other bin is still pretty far behind.
