   How did you choose your bank? I've had my bank account with Wells Fargo for years now but I didn't do much research. Most people I know seem to use Chase but I didn't choose them because of scandals at the time. Are they better now?

   I was at the Wells Fargo the other day and a banker suggested opening an account with my Mom's money. Got a meeting setup but would like some thoughts on how to best invest my mom's hard work. My brother has a Vanguard bank account for investing, I think.

     @teslanaut I’d personally avoid banks and find a credit union. Fees are generally less and they take the role of fiduciary more seriously.
