     And keep in mind that more than half the population in the west are on long-term prescription "medication".

     When people learn that my mother is 94 years old and doesn't take any pills, most don't believe it. Even the young doctors are somewhat surprised.

     An ordinary housewife, not sporty at all, a bit overweight as long as I can remember, but was slim in her youth.
     She got one aid last year, a pacemaker, 9 months after she took two covid jabs (against our advice).
