     @mangeurdenuage @coolboymew @mushroom_soup That is literally the tiger mask of Tiger Mask. You are thinking of the manga by the author of Konosuba, Kemono Michi, which is a parody of Tiger Mask.
     
     The OG Tiger Mask series is fantastic. Tiger Mask II is okay. Tiger Mask W is really mid unless you are a fan of NJPW's Strong Style era of professional wrestling.
     
     Also Tiger Mask is an actual professional wrestling gimmick with a long and very storied history having been used by a couple of the best wrestlers ever.
