     @condret Partly facetious tone from me there. I'm deep in the culture wars so I have a different understanding of that particular movement than most people.
     
     Stripped of everything else, there's nothing inherently wrong about being proud. It perhaps sounds better if it's something achieved through action rather than what you are, i.e. something you had no control over.
