     feeling a bit frustrated, because while i can think clearly as day, i'm terrible about making decisions. they take me ages and get delayed for far too long. i look to other people for answers but they don't have them. and neither do i. i just have questions, most of the time.

     the question is: should i give Blizzard away? if i can't cover a vet visit for him, i'm technically unable to take care of him.
