     @Ghislaine @mao_yat I don't think they can do that. The Mormons tried "high-demand insular community that helps itself but technically anyone who jumps through the hurdles is allowed to join", and, while it was an admirable effort, they've now got an ~2.1 birthrate and people like Spencer Cox running their state.
     
     I think the more plausible explanation is that they just don't see the Gentile guys that marry Jewish girls as bad genetic material. It's a matrilineal descent anyways, so they're not losing numbers, and those guys tend to generally be successful, so they're not really trading down. The aim of this ad, if anything other than virtue signaling of Reform Jews towards Ultra-Orthodox (who are generally very obsessed with being racially insular, but even they generally go for the whole 'matrilineal descent' thing), is to ensure that their children are raised within the community.
