   I fucking hate the new mentality flowing around that having children is selfish.
   
   You can hear all types of arguments and the most common one with "muh environment" right behind is how if you're not rich, that means you can't provide a happy life for your children. What the fuck is wrong with people?
   
   All a child needs is affection, a roof over their head, clean clothing, food and an education. Vain bullshit doesn't help anyone, you can get all that shit by getting a job.

     I do agree with it though, if you're not going to have a child, you're ending your genealogy and that is completely selfish. My parents took care of me just for me to betray them like that? Fuck no.

     @rainignterror1080p I don't think calling it communism makes sense. Communism wanted everyone to have as many children as they could, at least in communist Romania.
     I think consumerism is what made people this retarded nowadays. Materialism and consumerism just made everyone's values shift to pure greed, and of course, it's all the fault of corpos.

     An actual selfish reason to have children would be like popping them out just for the welfare money.

     @rainignterror1080p Did you seriously just take "consumerism" at face value? Consumerism is the idea that you constantly need more. Like instead of having three pairs of shoes, you should have like 30 and next year you should buy even more. Consumerism is the idea that we need to constantly increase our consumption and not for reasons like needing to. So no, it's not "normal". "Consumerism" is what created planned obsolescence in the first place.
     Corpos getting in bed with the government isn't a one way street. Corpos buy out people in the government, how exactly would I not blame them for doing that?

Parents who have and raise their kids upholding this tenet wholeheartedly, to the best or their ability and regardless of their situation, are amongst the most selfless people on Earth.
     
     People who say that having children is selfish probably never had any child to begin with and most probably fucking hated their parents too. Fucking ungrateful cunts :pepe_torch:
