   Everyone keeps talking about the wheelchair people suffering w/ this design but they’re actually better off than the walking normies - they have to pay attention to getting around, just going up ramps and entries ensures wheelchair drivers give 80% attention to the task.

   The REAL suffering will come to absentminded dummies walking absentmindedly while staring at their phones. Depending on the lighting, there may not be a lot of visual cue to see that they’re about to take a very hard ankle-rolling tumble via peripheral vision

     Plus, is this any harder for wheel chair users than a similar ramp without the steps?
     
     Guard rails might be useful but that's about it.

     @Eiregoat @dgar It’s got a pretty harsh looking run, so there’s no way to rest while they’re heading upwards. They have to make a couple sprints to get up that grade, it’s a lot of work for the old & infirm, with no way to escape partway

     @dgar Just imagine hanging out here and watching roly-poly amerifats step off that stair without realizing their left foot has to descend another 7 inches….and land on a 20º plane
