We've recently had the internet archive DDOSed because some entity decided they wanted to scrape all of it in a hurry.
I think the AI goldrush means that you should assume that everything that's public has already been indexed somewhere, even if the index isn't published.
I worry that fedizens are luring themselves into a false sense of security by expecting to keep data-scrapers at bay with shame and outrage.
Odds are, these entities will be less transparent and even less considerate.
