   Something I find heartening lately is that the girls in my life seem to have eschewed media by and large. They no longer even watch reality TV, or home improvement channels, or any of that crap. Their media selections seem to hinge entirely on following small-scale instagram types who chronicle some house renovation or life as a mom.

   To date, none of the girls has shown me a half-breed, fatty, or pervert in their preferred media. It’s always “oh look at how cute this is” and they show me some adorable interaction between a happy white mother and her 3 children.

   It’s truly wonderful to see.

     Support your girls, every little bit of motivation counts. When she shows you a cute video of a parent holding their little kid as she pets a donkey, appreciate it. That’s her interest, and the more you support that the more dopamine she’ll get from surrounding herself with actual quality in her media selections.

     I know, some of the home decor will be inscrutable nonsense to us, that’s just how it is. But a nesting woman is amazing, when she’s talking about fixing up spare rooms for a kid’s playroom you know you’re in the bizness. Too often I hear guys cringing at the stuff the girls watch, utterly ignoring the fact that the cheesy cringey mommy blogging is far, far better than having your wife indulge in 6 hours of nightly nigger worship programming

     @King_Porgi Yeah, that’s the only option, everyone’s selfish and nobody does anything out of love. Ah, it’s so cruel of me to provide her a nice home and free time to build a family while I work enough for the both of us.

     What a terrible state of affairs when the fundamental family existence has been so slandered it’s only ever imagined to be a glossier form of slavery.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @King_Porgi I've seen this in the few gen-x families that aren't ground up by the divorce mill; dad is basically a henpecked salaryman with no control of finances or personal space beyond a cuckshed (and sometimes maybe not even that much).
     
     The boys from these families have slammed the pendulum hard reverse and have mostly unhappy home life as the result of a hardheaded stingy approach to domestic matters.

     @DemonSixOne @King_Porgi I’m not sure how to convey how much joy you get out of a good, happy, healthy family. We’re literally wired to root ourselves in that. Having seen a lot of homes…..I can’t totally blame them, I just wish we could convey how good things can be.

     Living alone, no matter how awesome and worldly, is only half a life, forever missing our full spiritual stature. We perfect ourselves in fatherhood.
