   I'm gonna do my best to fend off and surpress transphobia, queerphobia, racism, and anything related to those things. The Fediverse is suppose to be a place of fun, enjoyable communities and interactions, NOT hate speech!
   
   If you can, I ask for your help to stop the spread of hate on ethnicities, the LGBTQ, and minority groups on this beautiful network. We must preserve the Fediverse and keep it sane.

     You seem to be new; I'm going to assume that you're not trolling.
     
     Any group of people, even if they don't form a coherent community, will bristle a bit when they hear what the thing they have been participating in for years is supposed to be about.
     
     A lot of people came here for a lot of reasons; a significant proportion of fedi came here because they hate censorship, even if they dislike the stuff that has been censored. Twitter censored a lot of stuff and continues to censor it; likewise with Facebook, all of the for-profit services. Tumblr tried to placate advertisers by banning all porn or even photos of topless women. (I don't use Gab but I hear they censor porn, anime, etc. TruthSocial's ToS says you can't criticize TruthSocial.)
     
     I don't like a lot of stuff that people post on fedi, but I love being in a place where they can post it. If you can post something that absolutely no one likes, that's actual freedom. Maybe people don't like your post; it seems that way from the thread. No one can stop you from posting it, though: that's wonderful.
