     @11112011 @verita84 There's a lot of middle manager boomers who are worried about their job being obsolete if they can't boss people around in person which adds almost no value and is just annoying if you're in any higher level position already.
     
     My company tried to walk back the remote work and people just said we'll quit immediately if you do that. Just like with the vax mandates we called their bluff and they backed off.

     @11112011 Nobody wants to "build a company." That's a huge rip off for most employees. You're way better off going to an already established place where remote work is no problem for them.
