   After a week of hospitalization and 3 surgeries, I just learned that my mom has advanced #cancer. We’re now making end of life plans for her. My sister and I both work. I own a business, so my time off is unpaid. Our mom, who is low income (despite being one of the first computer programmers in the US and retired as such), was denied by United #Healthcare a visiting nurse to help her manage meds and a catheter until a #hospice bed comes available.

   It’s harder every day to love my country. 🇺🇸
