GettingCookedI had some other plans for this pork belly, but watching races, and drinking beers got in the way. So I coated them in our sweet heat pork rib rub, and threw them in the convection oven at 275F. I e no O'Dea hoe this will turn out, but anything pork can't be all that bad.
