   I think it's a master issue
   
   Episode 2 did not have a problem (it's 90% 3DCG robots anyways) and nothing that bad appeared in episode 3, but I saw a small rough patch when the major gets out of the car at the beginning of the episode (currently watching it)
   
   I think it's confirmed to be a master issue, probably production issues because the there was no rough pans in ep 2 and ep 3, so far, seems to have nothing this rough

     If you get the X error just try another browser like chrome or brave maybe.
