     @lain you have been a massive help, just as @alex has been. both of you know what the issue is intimately. i think it would be in the interest of the community using pleroma and its forks to maybe bury the hatchet and allow alex back onto the git community. we should be solving this together not a bunch of random fixes that kind of bandaid the issue.
     
     alex is hot headed, so am i and you guys are usually more calm. so maybe we can agree to have a buffer zone or something where we have off topic conversations. it's worked in the past in places i've worked.
     
     we need to work together not be on opposite teams wedging eachother toward a solution
