     @beardalaxy @RecycleBin Learning python is a good introduction, but you'd also be better served learning C before C++ as well. It'll teach you not to do a lot of stupid shit that people who only know C++ tend to do and it will make you more resourceful in problem solving without wasting resources, etc.

     @RecycleBin if you're looking to get into coding stuff and you're not super familiar with it, try python. it's not very efficient but it's really easy. they usually teach that and JS in middle/high school.

     realistically speaking yeah the shitty part about the language is its tiny ass ecosystem, which makes sense considering how new it is

     @lapin I briefly looked at it, but don't see any benefit to using Zip over Rust or Go. At least Rust and Go has a decent amount of libraries and community support by now.
