   Non nom. I feel like we might be a few weeks behind. Normally these are popping off by mid may and we start into red raspberries in June. This is one of the first yellow raspberries of the year.

     The cool thing is the yellow raspberries are finally starting to spread out a little bit. I only planted one in the mix, but now there are about 3sqft which have a mix of red and yellow

     @Pantangelini my mulberries will are close to ripe. I could probably start picking now, but they aren't yet fall off the tree with a tap ripe. The strawberries have a few weeks yet except for a few in the front where they probably get a little more sun. I've only seen 2 strawberries starting to turn red so far.
     
     It was you that posted a couple bowls of strawberries yesterday wasn't it? You might live a little further south than me.

     @Pantangelini I have eaten a few hand picked mulberries just while doing my chores. Hopefully I can find some time with the baby today to harvest a couple handfuls

     @SlicerDicer I had never seen them before I saw them at the nursery. they are my favorite, but they also have the shortest fruiting season. I usually get another small flush in the fall too. Might be if I were further north I'd get them throughout the summer.

     They seem a lot slower to spread than other raspberries. This is the first year I've noticed shoots further away from the original planting.

     Thats interesting the nursery had them too. The are notoriously hard to take out of the ecosystem they are in.
     
     It was 47N on whidbey.
