Proper rails, like Dell's ReadyRails, can hold the server up while it's fully slid out of the rack. If you have enough slack in the cables to not have to unplug the server when sliding it out, this can work.
But if the rails drop the server into our hands after you slide it out, that's a pain.
Of course if the Reform doesn't weight much, has only 2 cables, and you don't have 10 of them in one rack, it won't be as much of a problem.
