   @se7en This usually happens to people who stand a lot, but can be hereditary. It can also be superficial and without further symptoms, but I cannot confirm that for you. If you are really worried about this. I always recommend to have a vascular doctor to look at it.
   
   If it gets worse you'll probably feel ache, swelling and cramping.

     Yesterday I had a minor blueness in the veins of my left ankle. Today this has gone mostly away but the right ankle and surrounding area is now blue. Reading, this appears to be a sign of failure of bloodflow and a sign of varicous vein, an old person's disease. However, I expired a five day fast on Saturday. Thisvwas the day I first noticed the problem began. There is no pain. The soles of my feet are deeper in color than normal. Is this a cause for alarm?
