     @HiroProtagonist okay it turns out it's some kind of thing about collectible rating scams. they mention a vhs of back to the future selling for 75,000 dollars recently. so the thing, which one person in the comments mentions, is that it's by a grading company called Heritage, and yes they are manipulating the market, there's a good, well-researched video all but proving it already on youtube.
