@coolboymew What's crazy is that you had to decide what games to ask for as a kid based on this small amount of information unless you had friends who had it or a game had crazy good word of mouth.

But yeah, we had one of the best multicart around for NES. Plus anyways, I was too young. Got an SNES and N64 later and managed to get nothing but bangers. I was so lucky -

Sometimes we did have Nintendo Power which at least gave you more info even if they didn't really say a game was bad.
SNES mostly had pretty good luck but also got fooled a couple times like with Mario is Missing, not realizing it was an educational game.
