     @professionalbigot69 Cheapest birdshot walmart has. I’m just not much for keeping guns I don’t like shooting for fun, and if I’m paying premium money for ammo it might as well be something funky and historic. If I got more than 2 or 3 years without shooting a modern tactical gun, I’ll sell it. It means I didn’t love it all that much, and it’s just eating up space for something I DO love

     Well, I hated the 1100’s safety load thingy, had some lever in the gate that you have to actuate. Couldn’t hock that POS fast enough.

     @MeBigbrain @professionalbigot69 Have both, but prefer the 590. Easier to load, can just drop rounds right in it unlike the 870. The latter can be faster though, seems like the action can be a little smoother and glassier with sufficient use.

     I just like the 590 because it’s hardy, cheap enough to be disposable (truck gun, though not advised) and it takes bayonets. Also has a very generous loading system that’s just easier and roomier to charge up under stress. People vasty overestimate their skills in running a shotgun. I’d like the gun to work with me as much as it can instead of putting some gay spring in the way to flip the shells into my face
