     @somebody112 Sure, but even the non-jewish British elite (what's left of it) has always looked down their nose at the middle/working classes. Classism has been staple of British history since the Norman conquest

     @DW2 I think the place is run by jews, so "contempt for own people" is probably not quite right. British jews certainly hate the British, I doubt they consider themselves the same people though.
