     @LordMordred If I was an eccentric billionaire, one of my projects would be to get the New Vegas team back together and pay for them to fix/polish New Vegas for 2 or 3 more years. That and buy a cruise ship and turn it into a floating mansion.

     Buy your own micro-nation. Designate a portion of said cruise ship as embassy. That way you can holler "international incident" whenever any gov't agencies are a bother.
