   @kaye I use Helix Editor but that doesn’t have a GUI (it’s modal. Modern, but modal.)

   Otherwise, VSCodium runs on Linux. I believe Sublime Text does too, although that’s proprietary.

     Ok so I have a slightly embarrassing question

     What's a good text editor for Linux,
     - that supports regexes,
     - and has a graphical user interface designed sometime this millenium,
     - and that isn't emacs or vim,
     - please don't recommend emacs or vim
