     I really don't know why English language voice actor localization is done with that circlejerk around California/Texas. I hate their fucking voices. It should be done using English voice talent.
     
     1. It lends itself better to school uniform wearing kids
     2. It lends itself better to historical and fantasy anime with archaic language
     3. Bongs take acting much more seriously and are more deferential. A bong actor that plays the part of a retard who appears in a scene for five seconds to piss his pants after getting smacked by a cricket bat had years of classical training and was involved in 10 Shakespearean theater productions.
