@PonyPanda @doctorsex @Boomerman @Godcast @Insomnolant @mkultra The “next one” HAS popped up, multiple times. In fact some of KF’s predecessors are still around. If you don’t like KF, you can go to the Lolcow forums, ED, Onion Farms, various boards on the chans (/cow/ or /tv/), a couple of fedi sites, etc.

KF is only special because it’s still around, without getting taken over by tranny jannies. Sites like PULL, SA, ResetEra, 4chan, 8chan, Chudbuds, and a dozen more, are either gone or completely pozzed.

“KF without Josh” would either die instantly, or become as useless and gay as modern 4chan. I like Graf and the other fedi admins, but I don’t believe any of them could keep such a site going. None of them have been tested like KF/Josh yet, and while I hope it doesn’t happen, I also know it will eventually.
