   Really the solution to this is just have racial segregation on a large scale(we used to call this solution Nation-States which existed for the majority of the existence of states as a concept.) Basically, no need to worry about not hiring niggers in Somalia because everyone there is a nigger. Also since everyone there is a nigger, there's no racism, which if that is something you value, then you have to explain why separation, which would be the easiest solution to racism, is off the table. The first cope I would is expect is diversity is a strength, which I could argue, but I won't, I will instead say, "Okay, but then why can't we have diverse Zoom meetings to transfer that strength easily all over the world while also limiting the negative effects of racism because people don't live near one another?"
