   ◾In Odessa, they began to disassemble the wooden fence around the monument to Catherine II (AKA Catherine the great).
   
   ◾ Presumably, the authorities may begin the demolition of the monument.
   
   ◾The monument was fenced off in early November after vandals desecrated it repeatedly. Later, the local city council decided to dismantle the monument.
