     @Terry @blockbot Even if he's sincere, he's not saying Russia is losing, he's saying Wagner has been taking higher casualties than usual the past week (while still advancing in Bakhmut), and wants more artillery cover to lower the casualty rate.

     @blockbot @Terry Yes, they said they'd be moving to the rear on the 10th to restore combat capability and their positions on the Bakhmut front would be replaced by Russian regular forces from the MoD.

     It's not troop rotation, it's a withdrawal of a PMC
     It's just that it's a planned withdrawal so the MoD has time to step in to cover Wagner positions.
     Have you even watched the video of Prigozhin declaring the withdrawal of Wagner?
