     @Ronnie21093 @Homegriffon Their site is the biggest piece of shit I've ever used.
     I literally had to call them to transfer the money by manual banktransfer with the phone lady reading out the payment ID numbers to me because their fucking site was bugged in my country and apparently their IT staff was blissfully unaware.
     
     I should have asked for a bug bounty for the trouble. :reimu_sigh:

     @Homegriffon My sister's already dealing with a collection agency hounding her for an internet account she closed and paid off years ago. This family doesn't need two people dealing with collection agencies.
