I am tired of seeing British/English period series being taken over by black people. Attempting to normalise this and thus erasing the history of my country and people, as much as selling people the false idea of what life was like back then which backfires for black people. I would be much more interested watching a series based in Africa about what life was like for the tribes in Africa. That would be more refreshing for me, especially if there were no white people in it as it was based before they came over or in a part they weren't in.
