Just accept it. There is nothing worse than seeing old people who think they are still young. Yeah, your youth is gone and you won't be able to play around like you did in your 20s but it isn't the end. Nothing more embarrassing than an old man that still thinks and acts like a child. Society has way too much of that going on.

Not saying much to be honest. I have an artificial knee, hip, shoulder, and a couple of fused vertebrae and sadly I am in much better shape than a lot of guys I see in their 20s.

You are just moving on to a new phase in your life, nothing to be sad about when it comes to the natural progression of life. The only thing about my age that makes me sad is knowing that I will never have a family or children of my own because I decided to sacrifice my youth for money in the hopes that I could start a family later and spare them the things I went through as a child.
